2010 Corporate Support and Educational Grant Opportunities

• Guest Room Key Cards: All SPSSCS guests staying at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center will utilize the cards throughout their stay. Sponsorship of the key cards promotes your company or product throughout the meeting. Your company designs the card within specifications provided and with final approval by the SPSSCS.

• Tote Bags:  Get their attention from the beginning and keep it!  Each attendee receives an attractive tote bag sporting your logo filled with samples and meeting materials. A lasting souvenir for them with lasting exposure for you.

• Educational Grant: Be a supporter of quality education by providing an educational grant in support of the 2010 Annual Meeting Program. Grantors will receive recognition of their support in the 2010 Registration Brochure, other pre-meeting promotions, and during the meeting itself.  Demonstrate your commitment to education by supporting this important educational event.  (The Program Committee retains complete control over the educational program and will not be directed by any grantor.)           
  Minimum Grant Amount: $500
  
  
• Guest Room Drops:  Arrangements for room drops must be made through SPSSCS with approval for each item distributed.  This is a perfect opportunity, especially for smaller companies that want to increase their exposure and promote their products and services.  Limited to three individual drops per evening.
  Fee: $500 plus hotel fees for labor
  
  
• Name Badge Lanyards:  Catch their eye right from the start! Your company name and logo are printed on the name badge holder that is worn by all attendees. Get their attention early and insure that they think of you throughout the meeting.

• Writing Pens:  Every attendee will enjoy writing with this unique pen that will be included in each registrant’s packet.  The pen will include your company name and logo for years of exposure.  Keep your phone number at the fingertip of each member by choosing this option.

• SPSSCS Member Annual Meeting Scholarship:  Again this year, SPSSCS is offering company named scholarships to help a needy member attend the annual meeting.  Potential candidates must complete an application form and submit a letter of recommendation.  The SPSSCS Scholarship Committee will evaluate each application and determine the scholarship winners.  Your company will be recognized for providing the scholarship in all pre-meeting promotional materials and during the meeting.
  Scholarship Fee: $2,000 each
