Anyone using the Melanage peel? What are the ingredients and %’s in this peel? What kind of results are you getting and how do your patients like it. Thanks for any help you can give.

The results are excellent. Its from Young Pharmaceuticals. John Kaluza. They offer 5 different skin peels. Peels for sensitive red skins, to aging, skin pigmentation, you name it. The Melanage is a NON ACID peel. Non corrosive, It contains a high percentage of Tretinoin which is applied to the skin first. Then a mask is applied over the top which contains ARBUTIN. They leave it for 6 to 8 hours. The down time is 3- 5 days. Skin is red and peels. But worth it. For patients who have melasma and have tried everything with very little results. These are the best type of clients for the Melanage.
